David Harper, Executive Chairman

David Harper has spent over 25 years in the high technology industry including CEO of Dialog Semiconductor (NASDAQ) and VP of European Operations for 8X8 Inc. (NASDAQ). Mr. Harper has been a board member of Flytxt since 2000 and Executive Chairman since November 2005. He holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.

Tim Williams, CEO

Tim brings over 20 years of management skills to Flytxt and is charged with delivering Flytxt's future generations of products. He started his career with IBM UK Labs developing graphics chips before moving to the US to work at Intel and 8x8 Inc. on video compression support and marketing. He returned to the UK with 8x8 and, working in Business Development, built up 8x8's video and VoIP chip business and ran its European business for 2 years. Tim joins Flytxt from VCS AG, a pioneer in CCTV over IP where he managed the UK operation. Tim holds an Electrical Engineering & Electronics Degree from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.

Thomas is a co-founder of Flytxt and served as CTO for 6 years, driving the architecture of Flytxt’s award-winning mobile marketing technology. Now as VP Product & Technology Thomas is responsible for the design and technology behind Flytxt's latest product, Flytxt Neon. His vision is to make mobile marketing permission-based, personal and relevant by giving non-technical marketers advanced and accessible tools. Prior to Flytxt Thomas spent 3 years at IBM Global Services where he architected eCommerce Solutions for Fortune 500 Companies and advised their management on IT strategies. Before that at TRIUS AG he inspired, designed and launched a computer telephony product that led to their IPO in 1997. He holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Frankfurt University.

Tobias Behrenwaldt, VP Finance

Tobias has been part of Flytxt's finance team since 2004. Prior to joining Flytxt, Tobias was an experienced manager at CompuCredit, a US-based specialty finance company and marketer of credit cards, where he focused on cost control and operational efficiency. Tobias holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Management from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University in Atlanta.

Rajesh Mathachan, General Manager, Flytxt Trivandrum

Rajesh with 12 years of proven track record in the IT industry heads the Flytxt Office in Trivandrum, India. He has demonstrated his management skills and entrepreneurship excellence when he set up and successfully established and managed high end technology companies such as the Software division for Clearship, a reputed Indian-based shipping firm and Software and Shared Support Centre for Focal3, an upcoming US based Software company. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and has in-depth technical know-how, aptly complemented by management and presentation skills. He focuses on developing a Centre of Excellence for Flytxt Product Development and Support Services.

Sanjit Chatterjee, Director Global Sales

Sanjit brings in 13 years of experience in Marketing & Sales, Strategic Alliances and Corporate Strategy roles. He brings experience of working in Internet, IT and Telecom industries. In his last role with Times Internet Ltd. (part of BCCL group), he was part of the Corporate Group and driving the Consumer Mobile Value Added Services business. Sanjit has in the past worked with Reliance Industries, Net4India and NIIT. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Calcutta University and a MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
