Service provider SupportComm selects Neon

Flytxt Neon, the pure play mobile marketing platform company, today announced it has secured a deal in one of the most vibrant mobile telecommunications markets in the world. SupportComm, the leading service provider to Brazilian mobile operators, has chosen Flytxt’s Neon platform to promote its mobile content services in Brazil. SupportComm boasts clients such as Claro, Vivo, Brasil Telecom and Telemig.

Neon's easy-to-use targeting and tracking will allow SupportComm marketers to target consumers by demographics and previous purchasing behavior and measure their return on investment in real-time. SupportComm will be able to easily perform A/B testing to compare the performance of different offers and target the highest response offer to its customer base, increasing response rate and average sale value.

Ben Serridge, Director of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships at SupportComm commented: ‘We want to get closer to the operators' customers, develop relationships with them and drive revenue streams. Neon's automated event upload, targeting and real time conversion reporting will allow us to regularly target our customers based on past purchases.’

Founded in 1997, SupportComm is a company which specialises in the development of solutions and services that integrate voice and data. It provides download solutions for ringtones, games, images and multimedia content.

Tim Williams, Flytxt Neon’s CEO, commented: ‘SupportComm is a very important client for us as it sits in an extremely mobile literate part of the world and has relationships with all the leading operators in Brazil. They have a deep understanding of mobile marketing good practice and in integrating Neon with their content systems, we expect Neon will enable them to dramatically improve their ROI.’
