Management Team

Dr. Vinod Vasudevan is responsible for driving the company's strategic direction and overall management. Dr. Vasudevan brings to Flytxt 20 years of experience in mobile industry across the world. He has held senior management roles in technology start-ups, applied R&D and large telecommunications companies like Reliance Communications, India, Newstakes Inc, USA, KRDL, Singapore and NTT, Japan. An industry thought-leader, Dr. Vasudevan holds several patents and has won many awards. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Prateek manages Flytxt's technology roadmap, with a special strategic focus on R&D and IP creation and protection. Prateek's 15 years experience pans across mobile network and application innovation, wireless data network management, and cryptography applications. In his last appointment, with the Center for Excellence in Telecom at IIT-Bombay, Prateek contributed to the IEEE 802.16m standard and co-invented a mobile social network application platform. Previously Prateek held technology lead position for the packet data services at Reliance Communications and developed cryptographic software at Algorithmic Research Ltd (Israel).

Boby Eranimose as the Chief Financial Officer is responsible for all aspects of financial management, driving business growth and profitability and developing corporate strategies. He has nearly 20 years of experience in financial operations and management. Before joining Flytxt, he was with Microsoft, serving as the Country Controller for Saudi Arabia; with DaimlerChrysler Research & Technology India as Head – Finance & Business Administration and handled the CFO role with FCI OEN Connectors Ltd.

Arvind’s primary focus is on helping Flytxt customers to maximise marketing ROI. Arvind Dwivedi has over 18 years of experience in the Telecom and Wireless Protocol Domain. Prior to joining Flytxt, Arvind held senior management positions at OnMobile and Reliance Communications. He played a lead role in launching mobile Value Added Services in India and globally. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Application.

As Vice President of Sales, Hetarth Patel is responsible for Sales and Partner Management activities at Flytxt. Previously, Hetarth held Sales and Business Development positions at Telenity for their Asia Pacific Region, establishing Tier 1 Customer References and key OEM Relationships with leading NEPs and SIs. Before Telenity, Hetarth has worked in Professional Services Division for Comverse South Asia and Idea Cellular. Hetarth holds a BE in Electronics & Communications.

As the Vice President of Human Resources, Rajesh is responsible for global recruitment and HR policy. He has over 15 years of experience in strategic and entrepreneurial positions. Before joining Flytxt, he was the General Manager of Focal 3, a US based Software Company and led the company's strategic planning and business development across US and Europe.

Abhay is responsible for company's Product Strategy, Product Management & Marketing. Prior to joining Flytxt Abhay was responsible for Product Management & Marketing of 3G and 4G products at Huawei Technologies, Shenzhen, China. Earlier in his career he was involved in Planning and Engineering of networks & services for Reliance Communications, India and Product and Services Consulting for WANA, Morocco. Abhay holds a Master's in Computer Engineering from the Florida International University (FIU).
