Triangle Communications and Flytxt have topped
Campaign's chart of the 10 best text messaging campaigns of 2001 with
Cadbury's Text'n'Win sales promotion campaign, which ran last summer.
The campaign involved people texting a unique code found on the
wrappers of over 65 million Cadbury chocolate bars to a number to see
if they had won. The prizes ranged from £5,000, widescreen TVs, Sony
Playstation 2s, DVD Players, Palm Pilots and CD compilations, the total
value of which exceeded a cool £1 million. |
