Yahoo! Mobile Europe today announced its
partnership agreement with Flytxt, the mobile marketing services provider, to
use Flytxt Direct* to provide real-time cross selling activity to boost mobile
content sales. Flytxt is working closely with the mobile division of
Internet company Yahoo! Europe to drive sales by using WAP push. Flytxt’s
cross-selling service helped to clinch the on- going contract following a trial
period in the
UK market and
is due to roll out across Yahoo! Mobile
France
and
Germany
later this year.

announced a number of significant additional senior appointments to his
management team. Boers who returned from Flytxt US to head the company
in March 2004 has appointed David Payne as Executive Chairman, Nick
Fuller as Operations Director and Craig Patton as Head of Business

Flytxt, the marketing services provider, today announced
its appointment by the home entertainment division of Universal
Pictures International to run the entertainment giant’s first
multi-country SMS campaign to promote the DVD and VHS release of action
thriller, The Bourne Supremacy. Flytxt is developing a global*
interactive wireless campaign and will also work towards building a
mobile database for future targeted marketing activity. The campaign,
which will run alongside and be supported by traditional marketing
media, is due to launch mid-November in Australia and will kick off in
the UK in January 2005. |
