Ovum has published a case study Machine Learning-based Next Best Offer (NBO) recommendation solution deployed by Flytxt with an African CSP. The study details how Flytxt’s proprietary NBO model delivered significant improvements in offer uptake rates, compared to the CSP’s internally developed analytics techniques. The solution’s data-driven decisioning capabilities enabled the CSP to recommend the ‘next best offer’ based on each customer’s historical behavior and preferences.
